We fully understand that shopping online can be a challenge and at times, a customer receives her wig and it’s not suitable, whether due to style choice, colour selection or size.

When you receive your wig, it’s very important to handle it carefully until you are sure it will work for you. Please do not remove the tags until you are 100% happy with the style and colour. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, please notify us immediately by email or telephone so that we may start the process to find you a replacement as quickly as possible. You have 14 days from the date you received the product to return it to us. Also, please keep in mind that not all products are eligible for exchange as per the details below.


Eligible Products for Return:

Wigs, add-ons and fillers in original factory condition must be

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • Tags attached
  • In its original box, wrapping, net, etc.
  • Original invoice to accompany the return.

Ineligible for Return:

  • Clearance Items (always a FINAL SALE)
  • Discontinued Items
  • Care and Accessory Products, Liquids, Stands, etc.

You are responsible for all shipping charges when returning product or sending it back for exchange.

Telephone Orders: Orders can be placed by telephone. Simply go to the Contact page and call the number(s) listed to speak to one of our customer service consultants. If you get an answering machine, simply leave your name and number on the message and we will promptly return your call. As with purchases directly from the website, you will be asked to provide a credit card for payment.
